A couple of years ago (in 2012) we did a feature called Member Interviews where members could apply to be interviewed and featured in this group.
Some examples from 2012 >> Member Interview: EyeDoorCinemaOur last interview:

Introduce yourself! Who are you?
Hello dear Deviants, I am Joel Cohen, also known as EyeDoorCinema.
The main idea that guides me through taking photos is simply to try and chronicle the wondrous and sometimes latent qualities which nature and humanity expose us to.
When and why did you join Deviant Art?
I found DeviantArt by chance through a Google search for a new desktop wallpaper. The abundance of talented people and a user friendly interface made me stay.
What kind of art do you create? What art form would you call your “main art form”?
I am a varied photographer with a special interest in street situations. Nonetheless, I am continuously evolving and expanding my interests into more social agendas, from nature preservation to social awareness. I would love to work for National Geographic on the subject of cultural diversity around the world.
Why did you choose this kind of art?

Introduce yourself! Who are you?
Introduce myself into what? Well, you couldn't pay it. By the way, I'm Borja Pascual, an amateur photographer, writer and filmmaker from Valencia, Spain. I'm also a computer engineer, but that's not the sexiest part of me. I also have two arms, which I use to do awesome karate moves, and I have amazing sorcery skills, such as turning water into a transparent liquid and summoning pizza.
When and why did you join Deviant Art?
It all started four years ago. I'd be born a year later. A person I knew started into photography and, well, I took a look around her deviantArt gallery and she was brilliant, so I said "what the hell, I bet I can do better, let's just sign up". Nowadays, I'm still hoping this will happen someday. Eventually.
What kind of art do you create? What art form would you call your “main art form”?
I started drawing comic books and writing, and later started making short films, which I still

Introduce yourself! Who are you?
My name is Cedric Bacon, aka Batced
When and why did you join Deviant Art?
I joined DA back in October of 2007. At the time I joined I wanted to have a separate account from the comic strip I was drawing at the time. I lost interest in it after a year and a half and stopped drawing but in that time I graduated from junior college and went to university and started taking photography classes.
What kind of art do you create? What art form would you call your “main art form”?
If I have to be technical about it, I guess you could say my art is "pop art" since I tend to dabble in works that celebrate the campy kookiness of art. I don't know if I have an inability to take regular straight portraits, but sometimes in my opinion my own works can be kind of flat...until I have someone in a costume or makeup and put them in a situation out of the ordinary to enhance the image that the works go further than I origina

Would you be interested in another round of Member Interviews? If no, do you have any ideas for something similar? If yes, should we change something or do it exactly the same way?

I think you should expand this enterview idea to other artists, like musicians or film makers. Music and art go well together,so maybe it would be more interesting. There are music artist that look for drawings and artists that look for musicians for their animations/ projects.
